Eric Frydman is an Associate Lawyer at Achkar Law, where he practices exclusively in employment law. He represents employees and employers in workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, human rights claims, workplace harassment, accommodation issues, and employment standards matters.
Eric advises clients through all stages of the dispute-resolution process, including strategy development, negotiations, and proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Canadian Human Rights Commission. He is known for his practical, clear, and strategic approach to advocacy.
Eric holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
