I went in 1 hour early for my meeting and Mark was already in the office. Even though I was extremely early and dealing with a massive anxiety attack at this point, Mark provided me with a private space to calm down and offered me water while I waited.

Charles arrived on time and listened to what I had to say. I felt like he believed what I was saying. He told me what I needed to hear and for the first time in a very long time I felt like I was being heard. Worth every penny.
