Brad J. Wallace

Senior Litigation Lawyer

Brad J. Wallace is a litigator with a broad and varied practice spanning employment law, commercial and civil disputes, and human rights. On the employment side, he advises employers on terminations, dismissals, and layoffs, employment contracts and agreements, and day-to-day workplace issues, and he also represents employees in workplace disputes.

Beyond employment, Brad’s litigation experience covers commercial litigation, shareholder and director and officer disputes, corporate debt recovery, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, professional negligence, and judicial review and appeals. He brings a rare blend of advocacy, decision-making, and teaching to that work, having practised as an associate and a sole practitioner, served as a member of Ontario’s Landlord and Tenant Board, and taught as a college professor.

Brad earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario.

Brad is known for a people-driven approach and clear, strategic communication. He combines rigorous legal analysis with empathy and realism, helping clients move through difficult disputes with clarity, professionalism, and purpose. He also conducts workplace investigations, helping employers and organizations respond to complaints of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct with fairness, thoroughness, and procedural integrity.

Outside the office, Brad is an amateur composer and musician who has released twelve albums of original music. He also volunteers with a local detox centre, supporting people on their journey to recovery.
