Jonathan Park

Jonathan Park is an associate lawyer with Achkar Law focusing on litigation and dispute resolution in corporate and commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and disputes between corporate stakeholders involving corporate oppression claims.

Jonathan has extensive trial experience having represented clients in a variety of settings, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Nunavut Court of Justice. He developed an understanding of how helping a client begins with listening and working with clients to help them with their legal problems and marshals his experience to develop creative and customized strategies to represent clients, advance their goals, and protect their legal interests.

Jonathan received his juris doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys training in martial arts, reading fiction, and creating home-cooked dishes from scratch.
