Jessica Kalsi

Jessica Kalsi is an Associate Lawyer at Achkar Law, representing clients in employment, labour, human rights, and litigation matters.
Before joining the Achkar Law Team, Jessica handled complex cases for individual and corporate clients in varying industries at a leading Toronto law firm. Jessica’s legal experience also includes litigating the implementation and enforcement of vaccination policies, working with Indigenous communities, and representing clients in human rights matters. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association of Ontario.
Jessica obtained her LL.B. (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Exeter, where she represented the University at the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot. She also completed the Postgraduate LPC at BPP University in London with a focus on Business Law and Commercial Litigation.
Jessica earned her Hons. B.A. at the University of Toronto, majoring in Criminology and Socio-Legal studies and a double minor in English and Political Science.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, sculpting, and spending time outdoors.
